QUICK NOTE

Pre-Registration is recommended to reserve your spot as classes may fill and minimum enrollment is required to run the session.

$15 when you pre-register | $20 when registering within one hour of class.

Classes run with a minimum of three students. if the minimum enrollment is not met, registered participants will be notified and offered a credit for a future class.

About the Instructor

Kristina is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher whose teaching blends thoughtful movement, strength, and mindful awareness. Her training includes a 200-hour certification through Samadhi Yoga Studio in Manchester, CT rooted in Kripalu and Tantric traditions, and a 300-hour certification through the Hard & the Soft Yoga Institute under renowned teacher Beryl Bender at Heartsong Yoga Center in East Longmeadow, MA, with a focus on Ashtanga based yoga.

Kristina has taught a wide range of classes including Gentle Yoga, Beginner, Moderate and All Levels Yoga, Heated Power Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Meditation and has implemented ann  introductory yoga series at studios. Her classes emphasize accessible movement, steady strength building, and creating a welcoming environment where students feel comfortable exploring their practice.


She believes yoga should meet people where they are, helping students develop confidence, balance, and resilience both on and off the mat.

The Classes

Gentle Yoga:
A slow, supportive class designed to help you move, breathe, and release tension. Gentle Yoga focuses on simple postures, longer holds, and mindful transitions to improve mobility, balance, and relaxation. This class is perfect for those looking for a calming practice, recovering from injury, managing stress, or simply wanting to slow down and reconnect with their body. No prior yoga experience is required.

Beginner Yoga:

New to yoga or looking to refresh the fundamentals? This class introduces foundational yoga poses, basic alignment principles, and breath awareness in a welcoming, unrushed environment. Students will learn how to move safely between poses while building strength, flexibility, and confidence on the mat. Perfect for anyone brand new to yoga or returning after time away.

Moderate Yoga:

This class is designed for students who are familiar with basic yoga poses and are ready to build strength, balance, and flow. Moderate Yoga links postures together in a steady, mindful sequence while offering opportunities to deepen stretches and explore slightly more challenging variations. Expect a balanced practice that develops both physical strength and body awareness.

All Levels Yoga:
A welcoming class for anyone with some curiosity about yoga. This well-rounded practice blends foundational poses, gentle strength building, and mindful movement. Options and modifications are offered so students can adjust the intensity to meet their own needs, making it accessible for beginners while still engaging for more experienced practitioners.
